CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the Occupant cancels or otherwise terminates this agreement and or reservation more than 60 days prior to the check-in date, there is no cancelation penalty and a refund will be issued, less a 3% processing fee for the total amount of the refund. If Occupant cancels the agreement and or reservation less than 60 days from the check-in date, the required payment amount (100% of rent and 100% of booking fees) will not be refunded. The occupancy tax and cleaning fee will be refunded. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason.
RENTAL AGREEEMENT:
You will receive a rental agreement once your reservation has been accepted and confirmed by one of our reservation specialists.
