This is truly the perfect family vacation home, or would also be ideal for those looking for a quiet and serene setting for creative inspiration or pure relaxation. With walkability to the famed Butterfly Beach and the lower village of Montecito, you won’t need to venture too far from your vacation rental to experience the very best that Santa Barbara has to offer.
Your Tuscan villa boasts two master suites, both with plush king size beds, large bathrooms, and soothing appointments throughout. The two guest rooms share a full bathroom and offer very comfortable king-size and queen-size beds. There is a 5th bedroom that is being used as an office and has a desk for your use. The home is equipped with a twin-size blow-up mattress if needed, however, this rental will not allow for more than 8 guests at any time. There is one master suite on the first level that also has a sitting area and access to the backyard. The other 3 bedrooms, plus the office, are located on the second level.
With plenty of indoor and outdoor common space to gather, a well-appointed kitchen and a gate to close the rest of the world off; the privacy and pristine setting you will experience, is sure to provide memories to last a lifetime!
