And come evening, you'll have a front-row seat to the golden hour show, where the sun dips below the horizon and the sky is painted with shades of pink and orange. Enjoy lounging on the patio of your vacation rental home where you can practically taste the salt in the air and feel the cool beach breeze on your skin. Don't worry about all of the relaxing you'll be doing, you can work off those vacation margaritas with a quick stroll to town for some shopping and dining. This vacation home is an ideal beach retreat! 

The house is furnished by our local Field & Fort located right on Lillie Ave in Summerland (and known for its celebrity clientele). The comfortable living room and kitchen overlook a generous ocean view and allow access to the front patio area, which is perfect for morning coffee or an evening night cap. The primary bedroom has a king bed, as well as a separate seating area that includes a fireplace and a desk. The two guest bedrooms are equipped with queen beds and one of the guest rooms has a desk for those who need a workspace. There is a private and serene courtyard in the back of the house that you access from the primary bedroom or one of the guest bedrooms. There is also a private walking path close to the house that brings you right down to Lillie Avenue for some boutique shopping, dining, wine tasting and close beach access. For hikers, there is a separate path that brings you directly to beautiful hiking trails that allow you to enjoy the Summerland view of the ocean and surrounding breathtaking land and trails.
