Coastline Terrace offers breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains and boasts some of the most spectacular sunrises and sunsets in beautiful Santa Barbara. Guests will surely enjoy the close proximity to hot spots such as Hendry's Beach, Mesa Lane, Elings Park, Douglas Reserve, and Shoreline Park to name a few.

When you stay at Coastline Terrace, be prepared to lose yourself in the quiet surroundings and stunning views from every window or door. From the rustic entryway to the hardwood oak floors and custom Spanish tiles throughout, you will have a sense of being away from the ordinary all while being nestled in a pristine and private setting.

A master suite upstairs sports a split level layout to the spacious bathroom with a modern clawfoot tub and separate shower and large bedroom with a king-sized bed. The downstairs has two guest bedrooms one enhanced by the large Fleetwood stacking glass doors that open up to a deck creating a nice extension to this bedroom, giving it an indoor/outdoor feel. The other guest room is a cozy and relaxing space with a queen-size bed and French doors that lead outside to a private deck. These two rooms share a bathroom that has dual shower heads, a stand-up Italian porcelain sink, and a garden viewing window. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances throughout, handcrafted rustic cabinets, custom Spanish floor tiles, large countertops, and everything you need to prepare a meal. There is also a propane BBQ for guest use.

The nearby Mesa retail area offers plenty of grocery and gourmet shopping options. Popular with locals is the open-air Mesa Produce market, or enjoy grazing and tasting samples of local fare at Lazy Acres Market. There are also numerous coffee shops, a pharmacy, and a wonderful variety of restaurants that include Mexican, Chinese, Thai, Peruvian, California, Pizza, Burgers, and more. Downtown Santa Barbara is an easy 5-minute drive away if you're looking for more variety and shopping.
