Breathtaking Views & Immaculate Stay
by SoniaThis house is incredible! The pictures don’t even do it justice. Watching the sunrise and sunset everyday was amazing. The house was also immaculately clean. We did have an issue with the WiFi at one point but were able to reset the router.

Secluded Retreat with Stunning Views and Amenities
by TonyaWe loved the views and seclusion this house offered. We spent lots of time hanging around the various seating arrangements outdoors watching the sunset, sunrise, boats, butterflies. We hiked from the house to inspiration point. It was only 15 mins to state street shopping and eating. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool, and the master waterfall shower that was open air to outdoors if you wanted. We cooked a couple of meals here and everything worked well.

A Thoughtfully Designed Private Retreat
by PatrickThe location was private, serene, meditative. The layout of the interior and exterior was done with purpose of use. The abundance of floor to ceiling windows allowed for sunlight to be entering throughout the day (also resulted in several birds flying into glass throughout our stay). The artwork is a nice touch and left me wondering what art was no longer there (there is a lighting option that lights the artwork only and a couple lights aren’t lighting anything…). Instructions for how to use everything was clear, and loved that the instructions were bound and laminated in a binder). And I was most Impressed with the quality of appliances. Overall, it felt like a home someone built to live in themselves and decided to allow the rest of us access. I would buy this place if it were for sale.

Majestic Views and Relaxing Luxury – A Perfect Stay!
by SharonThe architecture and the views were both majestic and related. The sunrise from the bedroom and sunset from the pool deck added significant ambience to our family trip. The Zen Gardens and the hot tub made for a relaxing vibe enjoyed by all. The full kitchen is perfect for stay at home meals. There is no reason to leave this beautiful home. We only ended up going out one night. It was worth every penny.!!
Luxurious Stay with Stunning Views and Top-Notch Amenities!

The entire home was appointed with top of the line appliances and fixtures. We had everything we needed for a two day stay while staying in SB. The views make you feel like you’re far away but it’s only a 15 min drive into town. The team was quick to communicate and easy to work with.

by DianeOnce u check in you won’t want to go anywhere else and leave this beautiful property! Drop dead views, quiet serenity, beautifully appointed, quality simplicity. Well stocked kitchen - spices, oils, and dishes and cookware. We were 6 adults which is was comfortable but likely max in our opinion. Two gorgeous en-suite master bedrooms, views, large bathrooms and closets. The third room - an office/bedroom - is smaller, with modest closet space and bathroom (also accessible from hallway).

If you're considering a couple of rooms at the Belmond but the privacy of a home appeals to you and you like ultra-mod, you'd be every bit as happy here.

by GabrielThe pictures can't really do this house justice - it's absolutely beautiful, impeccably designed, with stunning views (especially the sunsets) that are truly remarkable. Close to hiking trails, the Botanical Gardens, and a quick drive to anything and everything else you could want to do in Santa Barbara, we would definitely return again. Should you decide to book the house, be sure to read the welcome instructions front-to-back when you arrive to get a sense of how everything works; it will make your stay that much more enjoyable. A highly recommended experience for those who are looking for a quiet and relaxing private escape.
