Adorable Beachfront Bungalow with Spectacular Views
by BrennaWhat a cute bungalow this was!! It’s truly right on the beach and the view is spectacular. I stayed here with my husband and two young children. The rooms were perfect to fit a pack and play in one and a pack and play/slumber pod and two adults in the other. We all had the best time popping right outside to the beach. Such a fun place!! We will definitely be back.

Cozy Beachside Bungalow with Ocean Views
by KathyThe bungalow was very clean and cutely decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook. Chairs and beach towels were also provided. But the stairs to get downstairs were hard for an older person and we found the beds uncomfortable. We also wished there was an easier access to the beach. The rocks can be hard to cross. Otherwise it was wonderful to see the dolphins every day and to hear the soothing waves. We had a small dog with us and she enjoyed the space as well.

by JamieWe stayed here for Presiden't day weekend and it was really great - you can not beat the location, right on the beach and close to downtown Montecito. You can also walk to the Rosewood, which is just gorgeous. We got a day pass for the pool one day and walked down from the bungalow. We will definitely come back!
Perfect Beachfront Stay for the Whole Family!

Our golden retrievers loved running on the beach, our kids hunted hermit crabs right outside our patio, we fished at nearby Stearns Wharf. Would highly recommend

Waterfront Retreat with Amazing Wildlife and Relaxing Vibes
by MichaelWe had a fun and relaxing time at this property. It's right on the water, and at high tide you feel like the ocean is crashing beneath you. Seals/sea lions and dolphins frequently sighted. Rosewood resort's excellent restaurants are conveniently located nearby. We felt that some of the mixed reviews here were a bit off target. If you read the property description it is quite accurate so set expectations accordingly; note they've added a portable AC unit for times when you need to cool down a room, though the ocean breeze typically kept things pleasant during late August. About the stairs: well yes it is down on the beach, however note also that there's a public beach access driveway situated conveniently so you can get very close to the property for loading/unloading of your vehicle. All-in-all a good value with just about all the expected amenities.
Good for Dogs and Small Groups
by JonathonThis is such an amazing place. You can look at the pictures and see how beautiful it is to stay right on the beach with the waves coming up to your door at high tide. It's a perfect space for a small group and my dog basically refused to leave because she had so much fun running in the surf. We can't wait to come back!

by JanetteMontecito is one of our favorite places on the planet. This location is perfect...I mean, you're on the beach...how can you beat that? You can take a leisurely stroll down to the Miramar Resort for brunch or just meander for miles on an uncrowded, dog-friendly beach. The home is very cozy and really has *most* everything you need. There aren't really any spices or oil provided for cooking, or ice for beverages, etc., so be prepared to BYO and not too much as the fridge and freezer are efficiently sized for the kitchen. 🙂 The shower and soaker tub are awesome and the bed is super comfy with epic sunrise and ocean views. This is our second time enjoying this lovely home, and I'm sure we'll be back soon...
