We really enjoyed our stay, it was a big home with a lot of space and the kitchen was wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The space was perfect for our group of 7 and 1 dog. The place was very spacious, clean, well stocked, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen had everything we needed to have a few dinners at home. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms stocked with enough essentials. We really enjoyed the fans in each room to use during the day, and then opening the windows at night for cool air. Very private location near hiking trails and a park while also being a short drive into town. Hosts were very responsive and flexible when we requested early check-in. 

The house was beautiful and the host accommodated an early check in, which was great!

We had such an amazing stay at this home during Christmas & New Years! The property was beautiful, with absolutely gorgeous views over the mountains and the ocean. The location is walking distance to great hiking trails (Rattlesnake canyon) and walks (Skofield Park). With a short 10 to 15-min drive into town, it was easy to get right into the action of Santa Barbara. We were always happy, however, to return to our beautiful nature retreat in the hills! Not to mention, the home itself--equipped with a huge kitchen and several living spaces--was perfect for a big group. And lastly, the hosts always responded to our messages and were abundantly considerate. This was a truly remarkable Airbnb experience for us, and we couldn't recommend it enough!

The house is GORGEOUS. Well stocked and beautifully decorated. The view is also spectacular. The only thing they didn’t have was a tea kettle, but they pretty much had everything else you could think of. Steamers, hair dryers, espresso machine….One warning is that it is located in a very steep and hilly area. It can be hard to find too. Once you get to the road, there will be an extremely steep road between some tress, and just keep heading up. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect getaway for an extended family stay. I thought it might be a bit of a trek to get to downtown SB, but it really wasn’t. And Ubers were easy to book.

This is easily at the top of our list of best Airbnb's that we have stayed in. We were in SB for a wedding and needed space for some members for both sides of our family, and this house had spacious bedrooms and areas for everyone to spread out. We really appreciated the amenities, decor and furniture. Everything was thoughtfully designed or included to make our stay amazing. Also, the house looked exactly as it did in the listing. And, the kitchen and living spaces exceeded our expectations in style and comfort. The views from the top level were amazing! Finally, SB Vacation Rentals were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Thank you SB Vacation Rentals for making our wedding weekend stress free by giving us a fantastic place to stay!

Amazing spot for a girls trip! Comfortably fit all of us and we loved the easy access to hiking trails nearby. Hosts were super responsive, and made our trip so wonderful. We can't wait to come back!

We stayed here with friends for a friend’s wedding. It was the perfect spot for 5 couples! Views were stunning and the house was beautiful. We would definitely come back here again. Truly a gem!

We had 8 women staying in the house and everyone loved how beautiful the house was, they felt that it was much nicer than they expected based on the photos. Everything in the kitchen was so nice and the beds were very comfortable. Overall just a great stay. I hope to come back at some point!

The property was beautiful up in the hills. From the top floor you can enjoy the beautiful sunset. We def enjoyed having a glass of wine and enjoying the view. The drive into downtown is about 10 mins so its not too bad. The property management team has been amazing and very responsive. We actually left something and they made arrangements for me to meet someone in a convenient location. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Thank you for everything! ?

The house was beautiful and just perfect for our girl’s weekend. The decor and furnishings were stunning. We had a great weekend and highly recommend.

The upstairs living quarters was fabulous. It made all the difference for our family staying here for a few days. The views are stunning, downtown and Goleta are close by, and a hiking trail down the block. An absolutely wonderful vacation home.

My girlfriends and I loved this house! It was super spacious and so peaceful. Exactly what we wanted for a girls weekend away! The host was so great and the location was just a few minutes from the downtown neighborhood. Would highly recommend for a family or group of people for future stays!!

Stunning views that pictures don't even do justice! Very clean and orderly when we arrived. Santa Barbara Vacation Rentals was very flexible and responsive. Highly recommend the beautiful home.

First, the ability for our family to all get together was amazing. This house provided us the opportunity to all be together but have the ability to have our own space. We had a 18 month year old with us and while we brought some baby stuff with us (pack'n play, bibs, stroller) we were pleasantly surprised that they had other supplies for us that we were not expecting. That was amazing and truly consider this a family friendly home! We also loved the separation of one of the primary rooms upstairs that allowed us to have time to socialize without fear of waking up a sleeping baby. We can't recommend this house more.

I must say that this house and the location was perfect. It was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and had wonderful views. We had eight family members and it accomodated everyone comfortably. The kitchen was a dream come true even though we never got to cook in it because there were so many wonderful restaurants in the area. The one thing I loved the most about the home is that my wife and I had a private loft space on the top floor. We would stay there again and recommend this rental because not only was it perfect for our family but the communication with the host, which I find to be extremely important, was pristine.

This place exceeded all of our expectations. The photos online look great but seeing it in person was even better. Whether you want to relax inside or outside, you will not be disappointed. I highly reccomend this house!
