Tucked into a quiet enclave with easy access to the beach, Montecito, and downtown Santa Barbara, this multi-level estate offers both serenity and convenience in one of California’s most sought-after destinations.
Defined by soaring ceilings, dramatic white interiors, and an abundance of natural light, this 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home exudes warmth and architectural elegance. A blend of Spanish and Italian influences is reflected in the curved archways, multiple terraces, and expansive outdoor patios—perfect for enjoying Santa Barbara’s idyllic climate from sunrise to sunset.
The home features two luxurious primary suites. The top-level suite is a private haven, complete with a king bed, fireplace, wrap-around balconies, and its own living room and kitchen. The en-suite bath includes a jetted tub and separate shower, with windows framing lush outdoor views. The second suite, on a lower split level, also offers a king bed, private balcony, spacious walk-in closet, and full bath.
Three additional guest rooms reside on the main living level, designed with flexibility and comfort in mind: one with twin beds, one with a full-size bed, and a home office/bedroom with a trundle daybed (converts to two twins). Two of these rooms open onto a generous terrace via French doors, offering peaceful indoor-outdoor flow. A full bathroom and powder room serve the guest wing.
At the heart of the home lies the gourmet kitchen, wrapping around a large central island perfect for casual dining or entertaining. A professional-grade 6-burner range and built-in espresso machine invite culinary creativity. Dine formally at the indoor table for six or al fresco on the balcony for up to eight, surrounded by fresh air and foothill views.
The living and dining areas flow gracefully between levels, anchored by a fireplace and framed by floor-to-ceiling glass, merging stylish interiors with the rugged natural beauty just beyond. A Sonos sound system, smart TVs, and a Peloton bike offer in-home entertainment and wellness options.

Exceeded Expectations – Beautiful Home and Comfortable Stay!
by ErinWe had 8 women staying in the house and everyone loved how beautiful the house was, they felt that it was much nicer than they expected based on the photos. Everything in the kitchen was so nice and the beds were very comfortable. Overall just a great stay. I hope to come back at some point!

by GuestThe upstairs living quarters was fabulous. It made all the difference for our family staying here for a few days. The views are stunning, downtown and Goleta are close by, and a hiking trail down the block. An absolutely wonderful vacation home.

by NealI must say that this house and the location was perfect. It was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and had wonderful views. We had eight family members and it accomodated everyone comfortably. The kitchen was a dream come true even though we never got to cook in it because there were so many wonderful restaurants in the area. The one thing I loved the most about the home is that my wife and I had a private loft space on the top floor. We would stay there again and recommend this rental because not only was it perfect for our family but the communication with the host, which I find to be extremely important, was pristine.
