Welcome to Summerland's Golden Hour, where the views are stunning and the vibes are laid-back. Whether you're here to explore the nearby wineries or just bask in the sun, this little slice of paradise has got you covered and we've got the perfect vacation rental for you! Imagine sipping your morning coffee on the balcony, watching the sun rise over the ocean as the world slowly wakes up around you. And come evening, you'll have a front-row seat to the golden hour show, where the sun dips below the horizon and the sky is painted with shades of pink and orange. Enjoy lounging on the patio of your vacation rental home where you can practically taste the salt in the air and feel the cool beach breeze on your skin. Don't worry about all of the relaxing you'll be doing, you can work off those vacation margaritas with a quick stroll to town for some shopping and dining. This vacation home is an ideal beach retreat!
The house is furnished by our local Field & Fort located right on Lillie Ave in Summerland (and known for its celebrity clientele). The comfortable living room and kitchen overlook a generous ocean view and allow access to the front patio area, which is perfect for morning coffee or an evening night cap. The primary bedroom has a king bed, as well as a separate seating area that includes a fireplace and a desk. The two guest bedrooms are equipped with queen beds and one of the guest rooms has a desk for those who need a workspace. There is a private and serene courtyard in the back of the house that you access from the primary bedroom or one of the guest bedrooms. There is also a private walking path close to the house that brings you right down to Lillie Avenue for some boutique shopping, dining, wine tasting and close beach access. For hikers, there is a separate path that brings you directly to beautiful hiking trails that allow you to enjoy the Summerland view of the ocean and surrounding breathtaking land and trails.
Come enjoy the many local attractions and dining options in Santa Barbara; take a day trip to the wine country, or set sail in the calming channel waters. We would love to share this wonderful home with you and help you plan your Santa Barbara Vacation!

Clean, comfortable, quiet, cute with ocean view
by Ginger DouillardIf you’re looking for a place to stay in the Summerland/Montecito area this place is great! It’s super clean, bright, and airy. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay - all the kitchenware, plus great beds, and luxurious linens and towels. It’s in a nice, quiet location, yet just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, boutiques and Summerland’s popular antique shops. It’s cheerfully & tastefully decorated, but what I appreciated most was the view of the ocean, patio & lawn from the kitchen & living room and the easy-access to it through huge glass sliders. There’s also a 2nd private, enclosed yard in the rear of the house. The driveway is a bit narrow & steep, but easy to navigate after first try. It’s only a few minutes drive to Montecito, but much less expensive than staying there. Tip - Try Fort & Field for lunch, esp. their Mediterranean Feast - fun place to shop too!
