The nicely finished and furnished 3-bedroom ranch-style home is nestled behind tall fencing for privacy. The yard is set up with several activities with a large hot tub spa, a game space on artificial turf, and the dining space, with a propane grill, at the back entrance to the home, bringing together a great outdoor meal. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a half-bath ensuite. The guest rooms both have queen beds. The bathroom in the hall has a bathtub with a shower for the house to share.
There is parking in the garage for one car, space to park two cars in front of the garage, and ample street parking should the need arise to park an RV or larger vehicle.
