Surf Bungalow at the Lazy Hummingbird- A 2 bedroom delight in Summerland! This expansive 2 bedroom bungalow offers sweeping views of the ocean and sweet town below from the large, private deck. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching dolphins play just beyond the shore! The beautiful ocean views are matched with designed appointments featuring comfortable bedding, custom furniture, and a full European-style kitchen. The living spaces flow, from the custom sofa and built-in bench window seat to the oversized daybed + lounge, with a bright and contemporary color scheme designed to relax and rejuvenate your spirits. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, dual USB headboard chargers built into the custom bed frame, and a large TV. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, perfect for children or visitors. The bathroom includes a rain-head shower and a soaking tub. The private deck features an oversized daybed + lounge, as well as a pub-style dining and cocktail area next to the BBQ. The outdoor twinkle lights and design touches add to the ambiance.
The Surf Bungalow is one of three units on the Lazy Hummingbird property, meaning there is plenty of communal yard space to enjoy as well. Laundry facilities are available for your convenience and shared with the other two units on the property.

Clean Home with Ocean Views and Great Management!
by LucilleThe house was clean and looked exactly like it does from their photos. It is not cluttered but has everything you need. We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal using the kitchen. The deck has a beautiful view of the ocean. The management company was responsive and helpful, giving us recommendations for hikes and local places to eat and explore. We would definitely stay here again.
A Tranquil Ocean Retreat!

It is like going on a meditation retreat. Perfect view of the ocean, very relaxing interior decor and Summerland is a dream! We will be back!

I had concern about sharing washer and dryer at the time of booking the property which was unnecessary. In and out to and from 101 is very convenient . Highly recommended^^

Serene Oceanfront Stay with All the Comforts—Highly Recommend!

Directly from the living room and patio is the ocean, and we really enjoyed sitting on the patio barbecuing while awed by the beauty and serenity of the Pacific Ocean.
