Sweet Spot of Montecito

The property was very natural and beautiful. We enjoyed the peace and quiet for a week while getting out to see friends and family we hadn’t seen in awhile. The home was well equipped and clean. There are fans that automatically turn on and off in the bathrooms, and that took a little bit to get used to, but that was the only thing. There are landscape lights outside of the bedroom at night, but there are curtains. Talk to the management if you want to turn them off. The home is close to the beach, Upper Village of Montecito, hiking, and Lotusland. We would definitely return to this location, and feel it is the best VRBO we have stayed at.

Great, clean and beautiful home. Comfy space with great beds. We were a quiet party of 4 who stayed for four nights. FYI: This home is down a private shared access road with neighbors. Care must be used when coming and going.

This place is a gem! Can't beat the location and privacy. The garden and mountain views are wonderful. Home was perfect for our stay. Will definitely book again. Host was great!

Super home! Very well maintained and clean, lovely grounds, and lots of amazing fruit trees. Fantastic location too, really loved this house!

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family getaway. It was impeccably decorated with art on every wall, the backyard was stunning and serene, the kitchen was stocked with every cookware we could imagine (including plastic plates and utensils for kids), and the beds were comfortable. We had the best time and would love to go back.

Really enjoyed the location and this simple, but adorable home in the heart of Montecito. The backyard was stunning, the views were picturesque and our favorite part was being walking distance to both the upper village and a lovely walk to the lower village and Miramar. We will definitely look to stay here again next year! 

This place was wonderful. Cool mid-century modern style home with a well cared for garden replete with citrus trees. Well stocked fridge and nice welcome gifts. While we drove past the secluded little driveway/alley that leads to the place on our first pass, we found it only added to the secluded charm of the place. Would stay again, would recommend for sure.

The garden/ outdoor place is superb. The house is super clean. The location is great. The kitchen is very well equipped. This place offers the quintessential experience of Montecito. Can't wait to come back again.

We loved our five day stay over Christmas in this house. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. The house was spotless and the views of the mountains are beautiful.

Love Love Love this property. The home was just how it was pictured and described. The beautiful backdrop was great for early morning coffee and the fire pit was awesome for wrapping our day. Would definitely come back for a stay again.
