You'll instantly realize why this home has been featured in designer home publications. High-end finishes feature throughout, and sigh-inducing views await from the private pool, hot tub, bedrooms, and living space. *This rental is not appropriate for children under the age of 10.*
LIVING AREAS: Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open up to mountain and ocean panoramas on each side of the living area. Kick back in an inviting sitting area with comfy furnishings and an indoor-outdoor gas fireplace.
KITCHEN and DINING: The open-concept kitchen is thoughtfully designed with a full suite of integrated appliances. A kitchen bar seats three - the perfect spot for morning coffee from the Miele espresso machine. Enjoy meals at the beautifully carved wooden dining table, seating 10.
BEDROOMS & BATHS: This house sleeps up to six guests between three immaculately appointed bedrooms, each with breathtaking views. The master bedroom offers a California king bed, 43'' wall-mounted TV, gas fireplace, and patio access. An en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom boasts a California king bed, 43'' wall-mounted TV, gas fireplace, and a private patio. An en-suite bathroom (also accessed via the hallway) features a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a twin futon, and a 65'' wall-mounted TV. An en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and can also be accessed via the hallway.
EXTRA PERKS: Complimentary Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for three vehicles are provided. The pool can be heated for an additional daily fee. The home's air-conditioning is comprised of separate ceiling units. Opening the sliding doors and letting in a breeze works with these units to keep the home cool. This rental also requires that guests be advised of the applicable ordinances, rules, and regulations regarding their stay. You will be contacted by a representative (who will meet you at your rental) within the first 24 hours of your stay to sign and acknowledge your agreement of these policies.
OUTDOOR AREAS: Take in spectacular vistas of the mountains and the Pacific Ocean from the pool area. Kick back on the outdoor furniture, or make use of the gas grill and dine alfresco by the fireplace. A fire pit offers a cozy spot for conversation under the stars. Majestic Views and Relaxing Luxury – A Perfect Stay!
by SharonThe architecture and the views were both majestic and related. The sunrise from the bedroom and sunset from the pool deck added significant ambience to our family trip. The Zen Gardens and the hot tub made for a relaxing vibe enjoyed by all. The full kitchen is perfect for stay at home meals. There is no reason to leave this beautiful home. We only ended up going out one night. It was worth every penny.!!
Luxurious Stay with Stunning Views and Top-Notch Amenities!
by AustinEverything about this property is stunning. The double master bedrooms is perfect for two couples traveling together. The entire home was appointed with top of the line appliances and fixtures. We had everything we needed for a two day stay while staying in SB. The views make you feel like you’re far away but it’s only a 15 min drive into town. The team was quick to communicate and easy to work with.
Breathtaking Views and Serene Comfort—A Perfect Retreat!
by DianeOnce u check in you won’t want to go anywhere else and leave this beautiful property! Drop dead views, quiet serenity, beautifully appointed, quality simplicity. Well stocked kitchen - spices, oils, and dishes and cookware. We were 6 adults which is was comfortable but likely max in our opinion. Two gorgeous en-suite master bedrooms, views, large bathrooms and closets. The third room - an office/bedroom - is smaller, with modest closet space and bathroom (also accessible from hallway).
