Santa Barbara Vacation Rentals is pleased to introduce this beautifully appointed European style suite, that is in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara and just steps to delicious cafes and retail shops! Come and enjoy the comforts of an organic king-size bed and lovely french doors, opening up to a large living area with a kitchen and large breakfast bar. For those who need to work, there is a desk for your use or plenty of room at the breakfast bar for a more causal work experience.  The unit is equipped with your own washer and dryer as well. Enjoy the village life in style with the theatre close by, and restaurants and shopping right outside your door! When you're ready to reprieve, your well appointed suite is sure to provide all of the comforts of home, while being very private and quiet inside. Enjoy a soak in the large tub before you curl up for the night and watch your favorite movie from your bed or sofa. The unit allows for 2 guests, however, there is also a new and very comfortable pull out queen sofa bed, in addition to the comfortable king-size bed provided, for those who do not want to share a bed. 

The electric bus is nearby and takes you all the way down State Street to the beach, the wharf, zoo and harbor. The downtown area is home to the famous Courthouse and Sunken Gardens, as well as beautiful parks. Come enjoy the many local attractions and dining options in Santa Barbara; take a day trip to the wine country, or set sail in the calming channel waters.
