Santa Barbara Vacation Rentals is pleased to present this original late 1800's, detached two-story home that has been renovated and joyously appointed to make you happy with color and art. Walk out your front door to coffee and pastries or see a show less than a block away! The first level of this home is a great space to either wind down and relax in the comfortable living room, cook a meal in the well appointed kitchen, sit down to a wonderful meal in the beautiful dining area, or relax outside on the terrace while you are surrounded by Fig and Cumquat trees. You will also find an office space to work from on the first level of the home, and a full bathroom that is located off the kitchen. 

All bedrooms are located upstairs, along with 1/1.5 baths. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and is a bright and cozy space that has large windows that reveal banana trees and cuban flair. Guest's can also enjoy the sunny deck off the master bedroom, where you can relax with a good book while soaking up the Santa Barbara rays! The largest guest room features a queen-size bed and bursts with color and downtown scenes. The smallest guest room is all glass and built into the corner of the upstairs, with views over downtown, as well as the mountains, and comes with a queen-size bed. The European style bathroom boasts a large tub and separated amenities. There is also a half bathroom that separates the master bedroom and guest bathroom on this level of the home. 

Literally located in the heart of everything you desire, we are confident you will find this home just as charming as we do!  The electric bus is also nearby and takes you all the way down State Street to the beach, the wharf, zoo and harbor. The downtown area is home to the famous Courthouse and Sunken Gardens, as well as beautiful parks. Come enjoy the many local attractions and dining options in Santa Barbara; take a day trip to the wine country, or set sail in the calming channel waters.
